After a few years being open in Dalston, Fed By Water decided to go a more sustainable way. Now, it offers some of the greatest vegan pizza in London. I’m weighing my words as I’m writing them. If you think that you knew what vegan cheese, pizza, and plant-based Italian food tasted like in London, think again.

First of all, I’m crazy about foods colored in unsual colors. The Fed by Water recipes are made with organic legumes, fruits, and veggies sourced locally, as seasonally as possible. I’d highlight the vegan desserts too, as they’re tremendous. Bet you never knew a vegan cheesecake could taste so good, right?

Dried tomatoes, aubergines, Italian extra virgin olive oil… Coupled, of course, with vegan cheese and blended into delicious – delicious – vegan pizza dough. It’s that place where you know you’re doing good to your body as well as to the world. And it feels amazing.
